AI Model
Our goal was to create impactful promotional videos to announce the lineup's artists.
The emergence of new generative models pushed us to explore and understand these technologies in our creative process. The idea was to create a festival "video filter" that could transform any video or artist clip so that it adapts to the festival's style guide.
Our model had to learn the festival's graphic style and reproduce the appearance of each lineup artist within this graphic universe.
Urban culture is now a worldwide
way of expression. The graphic problems we are confronted with for this redesign
brings the necessity to think for small portions, short formats and different
types of ratio.
We introduce a design system that is conceived as a language. Which adapts, evolves and is understood
and shared by all.
The training
model process
We adopted a two-step approach: first, we trained our model to generate realistic representations of each artist, and second, we developed a model capable of assimilating the visual traits of the style guide. By integrating these two models, we successfully crafted a comprehensive filter.
This led to different stages of creating databases of cropped artist photos, size 512x512. Isolating elements of the style guide, listing them, so the second model could learn the graphic style.

The training
model process
The filter created allowed us to modify the appearance of some scenes from the artists' music videos while accurately reproducing their appearance. This led to a greater integration of the artists' videos with the style guide of this edition.
